- The promotional rate applies only to appointments taking place between 26 and 30 October 2026.
- Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.
- Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, contact Unlocking Language at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment by calling 0207 536 9299 or emailing [email protected]. To retain the promotional rate, your appointment must still take place within the half-term dates.
- Cancellations and transfers
- Half-term promotional appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Reports
- Where a comprehensive written report is required, this can be added separately for £75, where applicable.
